I'm making progress! I'm not where I want to be just yet, but am a lot closer than I was at the beginning of the month.
This morning I took a look at my weight graph and discovered that I'm 3 lbs heavier than I was this time last year! On one spectrum, iit means that with a few fluctuations here and there, my weight has remained pretty much in the same area. On the other end of the spectrum, it lets me know that I'm capable of losing the weight if I keep my focus and continue to make healthy lifestyle changes, not just dieting changes for a specific week or month.
With this in mind, I'm looking forward to attaining my goal of weighing 207 on December 31, 2012 and starting the New Year with a new goal. One pound at a time and I shall be at my goal weight in no time! I didn't put it on overnight and it's not going to come off overnight!
