Truth be told, I haven't actively exercised in nearly three weeks beyond my regular walks with my baby. And my eating has been heavy on the sweets for longer than I can count now.
But today, I tried to make some healthier efforts.
So here they are:
1. I exercised. I had to rearrange my entire day to fit it in, but I got it done. And after the first 9 minutes, it didn't even seem too hard. BONUS: My baby still laughs hysterically while I do pushups.
2. I ate more fruit. Three times, in fact. I've really gotten out of the habit with healthy food, and this was a good step in the right direction.
So there's my progress.
Hopefully, today was the beginning of some positive efforts on which I can build.
