Learning Opportunity

Monday, December 17, 2012

"Think about the last "mistake" you made that left you feeling upset or off track. Now re-frame that event as a learning opportunity. What did it teach you? How can you be better going forward? Share your insights in a blog post."

Question posed by Spark Coach.

Every time I bring a food into the house and find out It is made if crack (ie: too good to resist), I put it on the do-not-bring-into-the-house list.

On this list............

Great Value Indulgent Trail Mix
Mary's Gone Crackers Cookies, any variety
Tic Tacs
Dessert Flavored Gum
Skinny Cow anything

I am noticing these are all packaged or processed foods, by the way.

The list is always a work in progress.

Good idea!! I do not shop for myself any more so that is not my problem. It is eating stuff that is bad for me and eating too much of it.

Wow! Skinny Cow? lol I hear you! That's TRUE! I like to eat Pirate's Booty Baked Rice Corn Puffs and almost always I eat them and eat them then eat some more! I like that idea. I try to make a list in my head then again that does not work for me. Thanks for sharing that. I think I have a new project for myself!!!
