I HAD TO PUSH THROUGH MY WORKOUT...

So I didn't do my workout earlier and when it came to start I just wanted to lay down! My body felt so tired but it was no reason for that so I read my Status I wrote today and decided that I BELIEVE what I say and that With God ALL things ARE POSSIBLE!

And...I started my Cardio Dance first and once I started was in Heaven. Afterwards I went straight into my lower body strength training. First I did 13 mins on my own then I used 2 of Coach Nicole's videos which I really like. Bootcamp Day 5 Lean Legs and Bootcamp Day 2 Lower body with dumbbells(or without). A Total of 80 minutes and I never like to wait till the last minute but I kept seeing myself in this skirt and blouse I had on earlier. I had put the shirt inside the skirt (I NEVER EVER Do that!) and that excited me. emoticon

Now I'm pumped and calm at the same time! When you JUST DO IT pays off! Now...sometimes I need to rest but this was not one of them. I thank God for the STRENGTH to Push Through! Sometimes we have to START and the Strength we need comes as we go.



I pray you ALL are having a GREAT December so far! I'm doing wonderful no matter what and expecting a MARVELOUS end to 2012! I'm EXPECTING 2013 to be even GREATER than this year for me and anyone else EXPECTING! emoticon

Don't let the pressure around you get you frustrated. JESUS came and left us HIS PEACE. May you all REST each day KNOWING that GOD is OUR PROTECTOR and we MUST acknowledge that we BELIEVE it and RECEIVE it. Psalms 91 is Perfect to Pray over your family daily.
