sickly this week

Monday, December 17, 2012

My darling daughter and roommate decided that misery loves company and shared her cold/flu whatever with me emoticon . I have not kept up on my weeks goals as I havent really cared to much. I have been taking lots of medicine and sleeping a lot. I have not even made it to work.............UGh..........
.....gonna be a poor paycheck as they were poor before I had to take time off.

Depressing happenings at work also. I work with the elderly and let us just say that it hasn't been a good month so far. I cannot disclose anything because of the HIPPA laws and I have no idea if anyone of you is related to any of our residents but I would imagine that nobody would want to find out anything bad over a chat/blog session so my lips are sealed.........

On the bright side this little guys name is Bocephus or Bo for short and is the newest addition to our home!!!

Sorry you have been feeling so bad this week and I know how that can affect a paycheck. My dh has never worked for a company that he has driven for that the drivers had sick leave. I've worked in the nursing home industry years ago and volunteer through my church and winter is typically a difficult time for the elderly and very ill/disabled. My heart goes out to you and hope things improve very soon. emoticon

My sister and niece work in a nursing home. It takes special people to work at places like these. Hope you feel better soon.

He's a cute puppy. I worked with the elderly in the past. I enjoyed the job but as you said, at times it was difficult. I'm sorry you're not feeling well. I wish you well and hope you feel better soon.
