I decided that one of my goals this week is to diverse my way of doing cardio. I wanted to at least add one to my routine. So I did 100 calories on the treadmill and 100 on the elliptical. What's funny is that I burned the same amount of calories in twice the time on the elliptical. I think the reason behind that is that I have a ton of control over how fast I want to go. Everytime I go faster I noticed my estimated time left went down. It sucked seeing time being added back on so I rarely slowed down.
I followed up my workout with a nothern bean soup, carrots, beef, tomatoes, uuhh etc.
Natalie Portman is how I want to look..but I read rumors that she is 5'3 and 110. My body won't let me get that small...figured that out by body fat percentage. I can be around 117 pounds at the least and still be considered healthy.
I'm at 132 now!
