Don't Get Stuck

I get Facebook and email from a great resource called Inner Pilot Light. Today's Facebook posting seems to be written for SparkPeople.

When you think too hard, its easy to get overwhelmed and degenerate into paralysis. And when youre paralyzed, its easy to get stuck somewhere you dont wish to stay. Instead of pressuring yourself to go so far out of your comfort zone that you stay stuck, try this instead. Baby steps, baby. Pick one small actionable step towards your goal, something that wont take you more than 15 minutes to achieve. Now do it today. You can do it,

    LOL! I'm in the midst of writing about three novels that I feel compelled to write...mind you I have never been published before...I just have more time to do this now- so I am!

Just today, I left myself a voice memo that said essentially the same thing. Slow down. Pick one one tree and nurture it...You'll soon have a whole forest.

I don't have time today read through all your blogs, but thank you for posting them.
