I am doing a winter challenge and as a personal challenge we need to write about our goals for the 10 week challenge.
My goals for the next 10 weeks:
1. Track my food every day and keep up with a healthier diet.
2. Workout at least 4 days a week for about an hour each day. Also, I want to stick to a workout routine for the 10 weeks.
3. Since I have been losing inches and not weight specifically, I am aiming to lose 4-6 inches and/or 6-8 lbs in 10 weeks.
