Merry Movers Personal Challenge

I am doing a winter challenge and as a personal challenge we need to write about our goals for the 10 week challenge.

My goals for the next 10 weeks:

1. Track my food every day and keep up with a healthier diet.
2. Workout at least 4 days a week for about an hour each day. Also, I want to stick to a workout routine for the 10 weeks.
3. Since I have been losing inches and not weight specifically, I am aiming to lose 4-6 inches and/or 6-8 lbs in 10 weeks.

    I share in your workout routine goal. I just can't seem to find something that works for me on a consistent basis.

    Very reasonable goals. Sticking t a workout routine for 10 weeks should help to develop the "habit". Exercise CAN be fun..... can't it??!! :-)

    Thanks. I have the biggest loser challenge for wii. So I do that 4 days a week and the routine is different every day. I also do some of the sparkpeople videos. Thanks for the support!

    What is your usual workout routine? I'm finding that different things come up on different days so not every week is the same and I'm not working out as much as I'd like...but it just matters that you get up and work out when you can! I hope this challenge helps you to reach your goals! :)
