So, today I found a picture of a Hawaii beach and turned it into greyscale. Now I need to draw lines across so that I know what I have to color in as I lose weight. This is all leading to a Sunday start for my Hawaii goal. I even made the pic my desktop on my work computer - the full color version that is.
Next step - go back to Weight Watchers and determine if I will continue using it or if I can modify it enough to use SP as a tracker. I wish there were a way to link them. I have had some success through WW and it somehow makes sense to me but I hate double tracking. I've got to think about that one. I think I also need to teach my husband how to use WW. He needs to lose 15-20 pounds, he says but doesn't get (or doesn't want to get) either the SP tracking or the WW points. That will take some thought.
Step 3 for this week? Plan meals. At least put the plans out there so that all family members can see them. I'll have to think about how to make them use them.
