LETS GRAB THIS BY THE HORNS I AM ABOUT 12 LBS ABOVE WHERE I AM SUPPOSE TO BE ON THIS WEIGHT LOSS SO CHANGE MY WORKOUTS MY STRESS MY SLEEP ACTUALLY DRINK WATER AND EAT LESS SALTY PROCESSED NO FIBER FOODS STICK TO LEAN CHICKEN AND FISH STEAMABLES AND BROWN RICE EVEN IF EATING ALONE EVERY NITE...DONT SKIP OUT JUS CUZ YOUR LONELY

    right jacki ur future self is cool living on the the ocean watching the breeze jogging the beach playing volleyball and basking in the sun while house is a fishin
