To Much Holidays, goals, and weight check.

so i am back up again. I was so happy to be down to 157, and now i have blown it again..
so now hopefully to get back on track.
or to just try to stay close to even over the holidays. I need to be better at charting. i haven't been doing well overall.
155 not there yet, but it will stay the same
drink water, i have also been struggling with this, stay the same
exercise... continue this one
I am going to start Pilates today. Lets see how this works.
