I challenged myself to come up with 30 days of recipes and a meal plan that keeps carbs, protein and fats in almost perfect ratios to each other, which keeps fiber above 25 grams per day and doesn't bust my calorie range.
I'm excited to say I have the first day worked out.
What a great way to get creative in the kitchen and come up with my own recipes!
I also challenged myself to make sure anything perishable bought for the week gets used up so it doesn't go bad and to waste.
