Total bust. Ate like poop. Didn't track my food (BAD STACY). Didn't workout ...
New week - Home stretch with insanity ... TIME TO GET BACK WITH IT.

Insanity (last week - time to push through to the max)!!
I stepped back on the scale, and I wasn't happy with it what so ever ... but I can feel the results regardless.
UGH it gets so d*mn frustrating sometimes... but it's okay - the only person I have to be "better" than is myself. And the only person who can do it for me, is me.
