Total bust. Ate like poop. Didn't track my food (BAD STACY). Didn't workout ...

New week - Home stretch with insanity ... TIME TO GET BACK WITH IT.

Weekly goals:

Track track track my food!!
Make healthier choices!!
Elliptical 60 mins a day!!
Insanity (last week - time to push through to the max)!!

I stepped back on the scale, and I wasn't happy with it what so ever ... but I can feel the results regardless.

UGH it gets so d*mn frustrating sometimes... but it's okay - the only person I have to be "better" than is myself. And the only person who can do it for me, is me.

**see I'm human, this whole rollercoaster of a journey is what makes it worth it right?**

    You know, the scale is a great tool but it's so unreliable at the same time. I weigh in the upper 140's but at the same time I'm a 5/6. I know a woman who weighs 10lbs less than I do and is a size 12. Moral of the story? Do you. Screw the numbers. Use it as a guide so that you can chart progress but it's not the end all be all of your fitness. You're doing great. I'm super proud of you.

    I, too, didn't have the best weekend in regards to this journey - for me, healthy eating. It's frustrating, but like you said, we are humans. Let's make this a great week!
