Weeks goal

This weeks goal is to exercise twice a day, having one day off to recover. Cardio in the morning and strength training in the evening or vise versa. Eating as healthy as possible is goal number 2 and drinking at least 8 glasses of water per day is goal number 3. Keep sparking Sparkers!!!!!!
