Back from the cruise and I don't think I did too bad on the weight gain. Could have been so much worse!
And so to some serious effort now. I have put it off and put it off but now I need to get cracking. I had a full length mirror in my room and OMG, scary, truly scary!
So back on track as from today and adding in some more walking. Going to start walking to and from the cinema every night. I think that equates to approximately 5,000 steps but not 100% certain but it is more than I normally do in an average day working from home on my backside.
