You like cheese! My mom always told me that your plate should be colorful when eating a meal. She said add reds, greens and yellows (not mac and cheese! ). I struggle with incorporating fruits and vegetables as well. I think you could definitely benefit from having less breads, pastas and processed foods or even just adding freggies to what you are currently eating. 1380 days ago
