Day 13~

I had a melt down this morning, so emotions were running high today.

No workout and I forgot to wear my tracker when I went out today. :-(

I did okay on the food part, but I did over eat on popcorn during the movie.

Back on track tomorrow. I have lots to be grateful for.

    Ah ha, it's just as you confessed in commenting on calories eaten at movies. You told us you were helpless in the face of popcorn. Gotcha and good for getting back on track!
