you'll see the one i'm talking about a little higher up on the arm.

i used to be addicted to tshirts. actually i still am - i still "use" them, but i can stop anytime i want! i bought 5 tshirts at salvation army - and they are my rewards for staying in calorie range this week. i can earn one a day. let's hope i do..

LOL I was thinking the same thing. Get that cig away from you!

I have 12 years under my belt. Whoop! Whoop! Not a big tshirt fan though. I do have a thing for socks... Such healthy habits! What a great reward you have to look forward to each day. :) Keep up the awesome work!

It is perfectly fine addiction to have no worries. Just stick to the one a day policy. Don't go over board or anything. LOL

Love it, although your picture is the safest use of a cigarette I've ever seen!

At least I am not the only tshirt addict around! I live in them and don't know what I'd do without a good tshirt, great reward system!

What's that cigarette doing near you!!!! GET THAT THING AWAY FROM YOU!!! Okay, now that I've yelled at you for that (You're doing amazingly well at the whole quittin' thing too, by the way!)
I confess that I too; LynnBear am a T-shirt addict. I totally support the T-shirt reward system of self training, and hope that you add several more to your collection. (I'm fond of The Mountain brand ones myself)
