Had a leisurely start to the morning. I started the new SparkCoach motivation challenge today. I think I'm going to like it as it appears to give more ideas for fine tuning and individualizing the program.

Today was a fitness challenge to MOVE IT! find ways to keep it moving. One of the things I've started doing is taking more opportunities to walk through the house, as well as moving my laptop so I can stand (rather than sit) while I'm Sparking, answering emails, etc. and do more stretching, lunges, squats, etc.

For fitness today I did yoga and hit the elliptical.

At the times I was hungry, I drank more water, and for a munchy, rather than a full serving of tortilla chips, I took 2 out of the bag, put the bag away, and savored each one as I ate it. It worked!

Hubby's daughter & her husband came by and we had a very nice visit. Sounds like they're going to be shouldering the stress of Christmas this year. We've decided to avoid it and have another relaxing, joyful holiday at home.

Hubby is grilling chicken breast and brussel sprouts for dinner and I'm finishing up Sparking for the day.

All in all, a very nice Sunday. *yawn*
