I tried to reevaluate how my work outs went last week. I burned 1000 calories (go me!) and started to eat more healthy. I tried to switch out my very high sugar yoplait yogurt with my no sugar Greek Yogurt Okios and no matter what I mixed with it, I could not stomach it. I would say Greek Yogurt is officially the worst thing I have ever eaten.
I am going to go walking outside once a week (whatever day is the warmest) and I would like to get away from the tredmill a little more, but the fact that it keeps track of my progress is too awesome to give up. I'm thinking half treadmill and half bike? I use the circuit strength training to finish up the rest of the hour I have left at the gym after the cardio.
Then I do one spark video a day...even though it's not an entire body work out.

Brainstorm new cardio ideas
premake snacks so even laziness doesn't stop me from healthy snacking
I would like to increase my calorie burning by 10 calories every day...that will make burning 70 more calories a week seem like a breeze and hardly noticeable.
