In my previous blog I wrote about how, thank to a recent SP article, I developed a strategy to deal with the holidays. I really tend to lose control during the holidays and usually gain several pounds from massive over indulgence. This year I have been "calorie banking" and really pushing my workouts. I have been completely skipping "fillers" and eating only what I really really want. So far I have been to SIX holiday parties and several dinners out with friends or the hubs. And guess what? I have not gained a single pound. WOOT! Wish me luck with the rest of this holiday season! I hope you are enjoying yours!
