Ways to reduce stress during the Holidays (and every day)

My Number One stress-reducer is exercise. I have a very high-stress job and almost daily come home worn out, frustrated and anxious. After 45 minutes of cardio/stretching/strength training POOF! It's gone! I feel in control, like I've accomplished something, and relaxed. It's good for me AND it's free!
My Number Two stress reducer is eating right. If I eat out, I am so thirsty from the sodium and fat. If I get my huge salad and fruit in, I feel so much better. My digestive system hums, I stay within calorie range, it's good for me AND it's almost free! (certainly cheaper than eating out)
My Number Three stress reducer is actually a tie. Getting proper rest, a good night's sleep is vital. I can't function at 75% - I need all systems GO! to stay focused at work and be the best I can be. And that means staying hydrated...it's good for my skin, flushes out toxins and helps me stay fuller, longer.
So, it's no secret that exercise, diet, rest and hydration are vital to a healthy life and maintaining a healthy weight.
