Lately, I've been finding it difficult to stay on my plan of losing 2 lbs a week. Now that I'm 58 lbs lighter, it's more difficult to create a 7000 calorie deficit each week than it was when I was heavier. I've been getting frustrated, aggravated and burned out. But, of course, I will never ever quit. So I'm just going to slow down. I've slowed my pace to one pound a week and my workouts will be shorter but intense. My calorie intake will increase to 1400-1600. It will take longer to reach my goal, but I have to remember that what I'm doing is for a lifetime, not just until I reach a certain weight.
Never give up, never surrender.
