6.5 pounds down!

Sunday, December 16, 2012

I've been doing so good these past few weeks, have been feeling more alive. My dad came into town recently and we've been going out to eat. Despite me losing 6.5 pounds, I actually feel bad. Less energy. I can't believe how bad I feel, just by going out a few times. Never knew restaurant food was so bad! I get a side salad and a weight watchers meal, and I still go over the amount of calories I was supposed to have. -- However, I realized this and this morning my family ate really good. Now that I know, we will keep being really conscious and eat good! emoticon

There is definitely a learning curve attached to this SP journey. We've all been there. But that's one of the good things....constant learning, adjusting and moving forward to achieving your goals. emoticon emoticon emoticon

I understand how you feel completely! But we have to chalk experiences like that as lessons learned. I am proud of you for dropping 6.5 pounds! That is AWESOME! One day at a time is how we have to handle this journey. Keep working at it and it will all pay off. emoticon emoticon

I completely understand how you feel. Since I started eating healthy I feel SO MUCH better! I went out to eat two times since I started on this sight and I felt guilt and YUCKY afterwards. The fact that we realize the problem is half the solution. emoticon

emoticon on losing 6.5 lbs! That is nothing to be upset about! You should feel really proud! When holidays are among us or other special occasions, sometimes we fall off the wagon, but the important thing is you don't beat yourself up and you never give up! Too many times, people fail and then they give up all together! You are worth this journey! So stand tall and keep pushing on! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
