Well I feel bad for missing an entry last week, but it's not too bad because I really had nothing to report. Week 10 was just another struggle trying to recover from being sick and get back on track with everything.
I am happy to say that week 11 went very well! I lost around 2 lbs more, so I'm very happy. At this point I'm way behind schedule for my original goal, but I am just happy with any progress! And hey, you never know - I could manage to get back on track and meet my goal by at least the 9th-11th or so of January instead of New Years! : )
I know my progress depends hugely on sticking to my vegetarian diet and keeping to the low-fat foods. My body really doesn't handle fat well at all! That could also be because I had my gallbladder removed in 2011.
On a different note, I've decided to put my weight ticker starting weight at my highest weight I was ever at so I can get a little more motivation out of it by seeing how far I've come overall. I really have to keep my inspiration and motivation up! If I lose those then I start getting lazy and not careful with my food. So my goal for this week is to try maintaining my motivation/inspiration levels!
