Not too much to update this week as I've been in this funk we shall call it. I'm coming out of it. Slow, but sure. I'm sleeping less, which is a good thing I promise, I'm starting to do things again, and I'm just starting to come back. Unfortunately it led me to making very poor choices in the way of not exercising, eating gluten and processed crap and making myself sick, and tons of other things. Needless to say the scale is not my friend right now, but that's okay. I am up 2.4 pounds this week. And that's my fault. I need to make better choices now that I'm doing better. Although I have to admit being this close to being back up to 270 is a depressing and terrifying thing. I must make a 180. I'm also finally off my birth control as of Friday night and if that was a playing factor in this spell, it never will be again. I'm not taking it ever again. And I'm thinking it's been a playing factor in me craving food I shouldn't be craving and in gaining weight. The year's not done yet, but I'm up about 15 pounds this year. So that's it, I'm done.     We allllllllll stumble- but th great thing about this healthy lifestyle journey is that it ALWAYS welcomes us right back. We can stand up and start right back on the positive path! I hope you will decide to start back, you've been doing so wel! We are all here for you!

    SO glad you're doing better and taking care of yourself. Don't worry about the weight. Sometimes you have to focus on the most important thing for right now.

    I recently stopped taking BC pills in September, and while it has not really made me lose any weight, it has definitely helped with the cravings. I feel a lot better now that I am not taking any hormones.

    The new year can be a fresh start. It's crazy how badly hormones can affect our eating and weight gain. Hang in there... you will be able to turn this around. emoticon

    emoticon Hopefully without the birth control you'll have an easier time. When I tried taking birth control for my PCOS all it did was make me gain like crazy and it seemed like no matter what I ate I gained. Good luck!
