Ch 9, Day 52

Weigh the same as I did last Sunday. I have 10 WW weeklies left and 14 WW PAs. Somewhere mid-week, though, I'd weighed myself and had lost 1.5#. I am confused to what my true weight is. I conclude I am weighing myself too much for starters.

Today's soiree launches the holiday season for me. I decorated the house last night and it is looking very festive for today.

    Does PA stand for physical activity? Do you use your activity points on the same day, or do you roll them over to the next? That could make a difference, so I hear.

    Morning Vicki...have you lost weight on WW? I'm reading a low glycemic book and find it interesting how certain foods convert to sugar quicker than others. The book said that regardless of what diet one follows all is portion and calorie intake. Interesting stuff, but then again for me anything new is interesting emoticon
