This week was a Take Two for my attempt to lose weight.. I am a single mother of 4 kids so the idea of ME time is "Whats Me Time".. I have exercised twice daily and kept away from deep fried foods, potatoes, and white bread.. I shall not tell a lie I am so guilty of sampling before dinner but this week I only ate what was on my plate.. I have drunk so much water at times I feel like I am drowning.. Tomorrow starts a new week, a new struggle but I am determined to workout daily, eat healthier, and consume the required 8 glasses of water while keeping a journal of the days progress and activities.. I have also written a vow to myself to not consume any food after 8pm.. I can do this.. I WILL DO THIS!!!!!!!
