1. 5 Freggies a day
2. 1 hour of fitness/10k steps a day
3. Strength train three days a week - rest day
4. Target ~1500 calories a day
I overate today, but I did make sure I ate plenty of freggies (brussel sprouts, romaine lettuce, spinach, clementine oranges). And I got my 10k steps in today! I need to get it in gear. I'm only averaging 3k per day this week!
