emoticon 1. 5 Freggies a day
emoticon 2. 1 hour of fitness/10k steps a day
emoticon3. Strength train three days a week - rest day
emoticon4. Target ~1500 calories a day

I overate today, but I did make sure I ate plenty of freggies (brussel sprouts, romaine lettuce, spinach, clementine oranges). And I got my 10k steps in today! I need to get it in gear. I'm only averaging 3k per day this week!

I'm planning on doing the Spark 12 Moves of Christmas workout tomorrow:

    How are you calculating the 1500-per-day target? Is that through a Fitbit? I was using my BodyMedia Fit for a week before it broke and they're having to get a new one to me, and seeing the daily calorie burn on that was really interesting. And steps, too - I never realized just how active I am!! Even on a completely sedentary, no exercise day, I got in almost 10,000 steps! On exercise days, I was closer to 13000-15000. Crazy.
