Day 62

I am still pretty tired and a little weak, but I am feeling a little better today.

It has been a very wonderful day for me. I am refreshed spiritually though after a great day at my circuit assembly. Tomorrow is another full day of spiritual food and I am very much looking forward to it.

As far as my goals for last week, everything was gong well until my episode on thursday. No gym on friday and not much activity, although I got about 2 miles of walking today and I will get about the same tomorrow.

As for goals this coming week, I am not going to make very many until after I see the dr on tuesday. Have a good night!

    I'm glad you are continuing to feel a bit better each day and that you are not trying to push yourself to do more than your body is ready to do after Thursday. Enjoy you second day of "spiritual food" (I love how you express that) and keep feeling better.

    No goals that are physical, but you can and probably will make food goals that are healthy for you. If you had some kind of heart attack, it would explain your feeling week and possibly even a bit emotional. Take care of yourself, your family...physical and spiritual....want you around, healthy and trim. Have a GREAT time eating up all that wonderful spiritual feast.
