Ye-ouch!! How much truth there is in that sentence!
Ask me how much I WANTED to work out today?! (The answer: ZERO! ZILCH! NADA!)
I plopped that 3 mile workout on. I did it. It was hard...but I did it. And now I feel so much better for having done so.
I hope I read this blog next time I decide "I think I'm just going to skip working out today!"
I think the struggle I went through today, is what is going to make me feel super strong and awesome on my workout tomorrow! And I wouldn't have gotten there, if I hadn't bothered to work out today!
I'm doing it!! I'm doing it.....I'm three weeks in!!!
