I am drinking my water each day.
I am walking 6 out of 7 days.
I am tracking my food each day.
I am logging into Sparkpeople each day.
This challenge has helped to keep me focused even though this time of year it is hard to stay on track because of all of the temptations. I am trying to choose my battles and trying to balance out what I eat with out depriving myself of things I enjoy eating. Everything in moderation.
