I haven't been on Spark a whole lot the last few months. Things have been crazy in my neck of the woods. Let's face it that's the most popular excuse out there for not taking care of yourself the way you should.
When my husband first landed in the hospital and we had the big scare it was so easy to eat right, go to the gym and focus on getting healthy. Now that we have gotten used to the routine of his meds, shot and three month check-ups. We have found ourselves slipping not getting back to what we were but not improving either. We both need to get in a better habit of going to the gym and eating 5 small meals instead of three big ones. It worked out so much better for each of us. I have gained 10lbs weight back since this summer. It seems like it takes me that amount of time or longer to lose 10lbs! So I'm just going to start focusing on myself and my hubby's weight again. It's time to get the ball moving!
Today I didn't step back into the gym but tomorrow morning I have a plan and I'm going to accomplish it!
No more Holiday Time Blues for me!
