Yesterday wasn't a good exercise day. I only did 4243 steps,1.66 miles 1205 calories burned.
Today I did 2.44 miles 1082 calories burned 6199 steps.
Yesterday I came home and couched it. Today I was feeling a lot better and tried to do more.
I probably would have tracked more but I forgot to put it on and I walked up to the barn, threw dow a few bales of hay for later and a few other things . I was so mad. Oh well.
I am exactly the same weight as I started and that is only because of my poor food choices and over eating.
This week will be different. I learned my lesson.(I hope)
