Well after following everything to the letter - no cheating and writing everything down - I dropped another lb between yesterday and today. Typically I would immediately reward myself by eating something "big" because I have some flexibility. I did not do that today - stuck to the plan, exercised and put everything so far into my food plan.

One step at a time - this can be done!

    Someone once told me. "do not reward yourself with food.....you are not a dog!" It struck a nerve. Boots are on my list now....new boots!

One day at a time...picking ourselves up and moving on when we need it.
