Yesterday, all my troubles seemed so far away

Okay, I will stop emoticon singing now, but I bet at least a couple of you know which song those lyrics belong to. emoticon

I just wanted to say emoticon for all of the kind, helpful, and genuine comments on my last blog post. All of them were appreciated and I am so lucky to have great Spark Friends. emoticon

Yesterday I did a yoga workout emoticon in the AM. I was not up to a workout this morning. emoticon I slept until 8 am. I'm still not quite well.

Yesterday's eats: breakfast: yogurt emoticon
Snack: 1 scoop ice cream, 1-2 cups of popcorn emoticon (went to see The Hobbit)
Lunch: Tilapia (Dennys) and hot tea
Dinner: Side salad emoticon , 1 mini apple crisp (Mimi's)

Today: Breakfast: 1 c. of cherry tomatoes emoticon , 1 c. of green beans emoticon , 1 ounce cheese, 1/2 c. black beans
Lunch: 1 beef pattie, 1/3 c. of dry roasted almonds, 1 c. of hot chocolate emoticon (home made)
Dinner: Depends on how I feel. I don't feel good right now. I may not eat.

I am feeling bleh because of PMS. TTOTM tomorrow. My pms includes headaches (solved with zinc lozenges, so ladies if you get those PMS head aches try that.) , IBS (solved with magnesium/calcium.) and inflammation (I'm trying tart cherry this month, I've heard good things about it.) I'm also tired (dark homemade chocolate for that.)

I'm working on eating better. emoticon I have done pretty good. I did not eat the bread yesterday that came with my meals. I had just some of the ice cream. I skipped the hot dog at the movie theater. I had the fish at lunch, I skipped the mashed potatoes, I'm improving. I even did most of my workouts (the ones I did do) before breakfast.

This week I only have one challenge meal and its breakfast at Crepeville
. I love crepeville, they make wonderful food. The rest can all be homemade.

Saturday (today): emoticon Yoga Class with Gary Bromley (before bed)
Sunday: 4 miles with Leslie Sansone emoticon
Tuesday: 2 miles/weights Leslie Sansone emoticon emoticon
Wednesday: Hula for weight loss emoticon
Thursday: emoticon Out of the office
Friday: Belly Dance emoticon
Saturday: emoticon Kick It! 35 min.

I have lost about a pound this week. I'm happy that I'm able to lose any at all. I am finding the exercise to be critical (more than it used to be.) I am finding that skipping bread isn't so bad after all. I don't know that I miss the toast, the sandwiches, or the side piece with a meal. I'm not missing brownies, cookies, or even crackers. I'm really pleased about that. emoticon
