Day 3 of Daily Exercise

Today is the 3rd day in a row I have exercised. This is the "hump day" that people talk about, and it's supposedly going to get easier after this, right? I don't know, but it's not too hard right now either. I've been doing two workout videos posted on sparkpeople each day, they're really fun!
I haven't been having much luck with my morning routine goal. I have been busy with finals and sleeping in until 11AM everyday XD so bad! I know lol. But I have been studying Japanese and I've been improving a lot. I still want to have a morning routine, so I'll still work on it.
A few things I have noticed that have changed in my diet this past month:
1) eating more veggies: I loooove veggie sandwiches and I find myself ordering from the vegetarian menu more when I go out to eat.
2) don't like milk or cheese so much: I've been drinking almond milk, it's so good!
3) eating less meat: I guess my diet is looking more like a vegetarian diet, but I'm not being too picky about it. I'm not going to turn down a tasty bowl of chili just because there's a little beef in it!
Recently I have felt guilty about not progressing in my weight loss, its December and I've been surrounded by sweets everyday, but when I thought about what I've been eating other than the sweets, I've been eating healthier than ever before! Now I just need to get my sweet tooth under control now! It will be much easier after December.
