I was thinking I should really set up a blog, complete with pics etc...about my journey.

I could take pictures I thought, I could share recipes, I could document my story.

I said, but where can I do this? What blogging place should I share this? LOL.

Well...Hello Gorgeous, where have you been..waiting for me to come back and turn it around. 40,000 sparkpoints and NOW I am getting it together? LOL...

No messing around. I am ready and I have learned enough to teach a college course. Time to take that knowledge and STREAK WITH IT.

I am going to be using that beautiful camera and my smart phone to really GET it.

Time to meal plan.

Tip for today: I am working on my flexibility, and listened to a Jane Fonda interview she was saying: 3 components to fitness are: cardio, strength and flexibility. I joined www.yogatoday.com. I used to love to do their yoga classes. They have one free a week or unlimited for $9.95 a month. They have all fitness levels and you feel FABULOUS after doing a class. Here is to me lighting a candle and finding that place I call a center.
