I have been waiting for this... do everything right and not to lose weight. I feel nervous, scared, upset, and hungry(but that is because it is time to eat breakfast) but I really don't feel like binging. I have been preparing myself for this since I started sparkpeople in the middle of September. I measured my body and lost emoticon . There still is that feeling of defeat. I just can't let it get the best of me. I will survive this and I will lose weight.......

    Take a deep breath... drink a glass of water... stick with your plan... keep calm...

LOL, I know, easier said than done! Our weight can fluctuate for seemingly no reason, and your measurements reflected improvement, so you are definitely making good progress. The next time you weigh yourself you might well find that you've lost MORE than expected. At least, that's what I keep telling myself, my weight somehow went up 2 pounds from my last weigh-in and now I'm wondering if I looked at the number on the scale wrong or what. I can see why people just throw their scales out!
