One way to feel fuller faster is to pay very close attention to what you eat. Consider the texture. Savor the complexity of the herbs and spices --see if you can identify them. Try to nail down the taste of "umami". Note how flavor changes from the first instant you put it in your mouth to the last second before you swallow. Perhaps you might pay attention to how flavor diminishes the more you eat of something. Or consider your physical/emotional response to flavor.
All this attention will help slow down how fast you eat, and allow your brain to "feel full" faster from all the sensory stimuli. This has a physical effect also of helping you feel full.
