Day #17: Work, work, work.

I have worked a lot this week. We are short staffed & they are paying good money for overtime, so I am working extra this weekend, too.
Since I have been working so much & my job is very active (I hardly get to sit), I have done minimal cardio this week. I need to get a pedometer so that I can track all of that movement and see how much it really is. Wednesday we took a 30 min walk and looked at the neighborhood Christmas lights. We have lots of hills, so it was a good workout!
As far as ST, I worked arms & abs for 15 min on Wednesday, then I worked arms & legs for 15 min today.
I have done REALLY well nutritionally this week; however, I am not very hungry and so I am hoping that I am getting in enough calories to support my pregnancy. I am eating a very nutrient dense diet & taking coconut oil, fermented cod liver oil, raw prenatal vitamins, and folate, so surely that adds up to the right amounts!
Time for bed so I can get up and go to work again! Have a great weekend, Sparkers!
