Only 2 weeks left!!! it has not always been easy to stick to these goal blogs, but I feel like they really have helped keep me stay accountable and on track; when I fill in more boxes, I lose more weight each week... so it's a great visual reminder of what I need to do.

UPdate: I got a bit off track for this goal tracking because of life... but I did lose a significant amount of weight over this 12 week period and had some great success. I am glad I did it.

    I'm currently reading the book; "Wheat Belly." Very informative, it is amazing what gluten does to our bodies!

    Writing down your goals is so important during these difficult food challenges of the holidays. I just keep avoiding all the Christmas goodies. Mostly due to my resolve to stay gluten-free! Thanks for your inspiration.
