Yes, the month is half over, so why am I posting goals? i really need to stay focused and get on track. Once again my life feels like it is totally out of control, so I have to do something. I made a new chart (erasable this time) now I need to continue to use it. So every Wednesday I will update my progress for the week. I NEED accountability!!!
Walk/Jog 30 miles a week
ST 4 times a week, even if it's only 10 minutes at home
500 fitness minutes a week
Burn a minimum of 750 calories a day six days a week
TRACK my food daily AND eat within ranges, 2 seven day streaks a month
Daily calorie deficit of 1000 six times a week.
Take my vitamins!!!
Earn 100 spark points 6 times a week
Read a self help book 3 times a week
Now I need to stick to it. I will also post my weight each week. Had a huge increase due to all the chocolate cake and pizza, so this week I will have a big decrease too. Already in just a few days I'm down 7 lbs.
OK, here's the chart, hope I stick with this and do it consistently this time.
