I comleted this quiz as part of a goal-setting challenge and it appears I am “ready to lose weight”.
In reality, I've already begun to lose weight. . .down 21 lbs since I got serious this past June. WOOT! WOOT!
However, I have hit a stone wall this past month – I lose two pounds but then I gain it back, then I lose it, then I gain it back, etc., etc.
Of course, this is to be expected along the way. . .but now I'm tired of it. I need to find a way to re-jumpstart my weight loss so am pursuing new avenues, i.e. changing up my workout schedule / routine, making dietary changes, etc.
My over-arching goal is to achieve Body Moveabale by losing 61 pounds and increasing my strength, flexibility and endurance.
My hope is that completion of the various stages of this goal-setting challenge
will open my eyes and my mind to the next step in my weight-loss and healthy
