Back up to day 4 of exercise streak ( I was just over 200 and missed a day ).

Breakfast today wasnt so good - coffee and scone when i got to work. We totally did not hear the alarm go off so we overslept. Made it to work just in time. But that didnt leave time this morning for anything.

That's OK. I will not let it de-rail my day. As of yesterday I was back to 228. I was down to 220 then it crept back up to 235. I am working to get it in the correct direction again.

I am hoping that by posting here on my blog that it will motivate me to "stick to it". I am going to make an effort to post progress (good or bad) here.
