Hey all! Sorry it has been so long, got lost on my diet. It was working and I got hungry and gave in. Now, I have been on a gluten free diet and trying to have vegetarian meals as much as possible and when we have meat in our meals we cut it way down. Instead of using a pound I cook with a half pound. I used to worry alot about protein and nutrients since I didn't care much for veggies. I am now learning that they aren't so bad after all, lol. Spaghetti squash is really good and I have learned how to make a eggplant parmesan. If you need recipies shoot me a spark mail and I'll send you some. P.S. I lost 10 pounds the first week!
