If Scales didn't exist

I would be one happy brother. To measure my weight I would use my energy level as a guide. The size of my clothes would be another indicator of my weight. As a diabetic my blood sugar level could be another indicator of my weight.

    The scales are important, they speak truth, just not down to the pound. Salt, added muscle, time of day, water all can change things by several pounds.

I had terrible problems with my blood sugar and hunger cravings until I gave up carbs. If you are interested look into the great book "Wheat Belly" or the HFLC (High fat low carb) diet.

Bacon and eggs in the morning can control hunger most of the day, (as long as you don't add toast or a carb).

Keep at it and you will achieve your goals.
