12/14/12 week in review and next weeks goals.

Busy, busy, busy.....
Not making excuses, Christmas just sneaked up on me this year. I have been busy getting the house ready for the family holiday party. Never have enough time. I even stunk at my nutrition. For the most part I stick to it. It seems though that there is someone telling me Merry Christmas every day and handing me baked goods. I have not gained or lost weight which is a small accomplishment.

This week I ran 3.5M on Monday and that was the extent of it. Will be running on Saturday and Sunday outside.

Next weeks goals:
M-run intervals on treadmill and strength train, stair stepper
T-run 3.75 miles
W-run intervals, strength train, and stair stepper
TH-run 3.75 miles
S-run 3.75 outside
S-run 3.75 outside or take a 6 mile walk if I I do the week successfully!

Running on the treadmill just is not the same as running outdoors. I tried the Zumba but the class is over crowded. I liked doing it but if it is going to be that crowded I would rather not do it and try something else. At this point the goals for this week is a wish list with all the holiday stuff that seems to come up at the last minuute. I am trying to increase my running distance by 10% each week to increase my endurance and of course my 5k time.

    Some weeks it's just hard to get out and get it done.
The treadmill is definitely not the same as outdoors.
