I realized as I was posting last night in the wee hours of the morning how goofy my schedule is. Here's what a normal workday looks like for me:
6:45 am - Alarm goes off!
6:50-7:00 - Get the kids up for school
7:00-7:30 - Make lunches, sign papers, etc
7:30-8:00 - Kids leave for school.
8:00-8:30 - Computer catch up time
8:30-12:45 - Back to bed!
12:45-1:30 - Get ready for work
1:30-1:50 - Drive to work lol
1:50-10:30 pm - At work
10:30-12:30 am - Gym time!
12:30-12:50 - Drive home
12:50 - 3:30 - Shower, computer time, tv time, reading
I go to bed anywhere from 2:30 (on a good night) to 4:30 (on a not so good night).
The weekends, I sleep until it's time to go to work. Days off, I sleep a little longer in the afternoon. I realized I have a combination of 2nd shift work hours and 3rd shift sleep patterns lol.
I'm trying to get more sleep. I have to remind myself that going to bed at night is ok. The housework, computer, etc will all still be there the next day.
