Cauwfee tawk: My cup o' joe had to go! The one cup standard limit had turned into two cups with flavored creamer, or half & half with honey, or almond milk and sugar! Whatever's needed to enhance the black sludge (although my husband says I taint the coffee--I beg to differ.)
I'd still like to consider the high octane stuff a nice indulgence for special occasions but for now I've given up joe for green tea with honey. I've heard from many sources that just giving up coffee can help me lose weight and reduce crazy cravings.
Green tea on the other hand, is a subtle energy booster, revs up weight loss potential and is an antioxidant to boot! Plus it's warm & soothing without the belly bloat.
I'm day 4 into the switcheroo.
